  • Five star rating to these folks. I had total knee replacement several weeks ago. I thought I had a health care aid lined up. After I returned from the hospital that person went AWOL and after two days of being unable to reach her, I was starting to panic. My daughter, who had been there thru my surgery was flying out in less than 30 hours. A friend saw my daughter's post about being in dire need of assistance. This was on a Friday night of all things. Denise Moore came to the rescue with her team. Her caregiver was there early Sunday morning to go over all of my care prior to my daughter's departure. Over the next several days three very professional ladies came and took care of me. They fixed my food, tidied the house, did laundry, changed sheets and even drove me to my post-op appointment. The care, kindness and professionalism was truly wonderful. The fact that they were willing to step in at nearly the 11th hour, in my time of need...I will be forever grateful.

The first time she step foot into my home over two years ago, I could tell that she was highly trained, and knew what she was doing. She walked with purpose as she went about her duties. You could see and feel the love and care that she has in her heart for her patient. I was the caretaker for my father and he was being discharged from the nursing home rehabilitation center and needed someone to be at home with him.
